Consultant training is a priority for Hemeria. Our goal is to improve the efficiency of project teams (speed and quality of work) and to give consultants the opportunity to improve their skills (diversify their areas of knowledge and strengthen their leadership skills). This priority is reflected in the significant amount of time that we allocate to training – between 5 and 8 days per year.
Training focuses on 4 areas:
| - |
The acquisition of consultant skills (e.g.: managing a project, conducting a strategic study, performing an industrial analysis, etc.); |
| - |
Asserting leadership (e.g.: oral communication, overseeing teams); |
| - |
Understanding problems in the industry (e.g.: purchasing, marketing efficiency, manufacturing, etc.); |
| - |
Developing account management skills and skills in the sale of consultancy services. |
|

Training sessions are conducted by our most experienced consultants. We have also formed partnerships with specialised organisations, who offer training on subjects pertaining to management or expression. Training is systematically organised around test cases and simulations. What is more, we want such sessions to provide opportunities for discussion and the sharing of experiences.
Hemeria is keen to show its commitment towards its consultants, by paying for those with the most potential to attend one of the best MBA programmes around.
